Garden furniture from Elegant includes a huge range of metal garden furniture and hardwood garden furniture, as well as garden tables, garden chairs
and garden benches. Elegant also supplies quality teak garden furniture, wooden garden furniture and hardwood garden furniture alongside the garden
seats and garden benches in the range.  Our wide range of aluminium garden furniture, parasols and cast aluminium garden furniture is bound to impress.  
Elegant also has a comprehensive range of white garden furniture and outdoor furniture and the outdoor tables are excellent examples of patio furniture.  
We also supply swing benches, conservatory furniture and cane conservatory furniture, which should satisfy your cane and rattan conservatory furniture needs.


There is a delivery charge to UK mainland. Delivery outside UK mainland will be quoted for by contacting the sales office.

Customer Complaints
We will endeavor to respond to any customer complaint within 5 working days of the complaint being
made. A mutually acceptable remedy and timescale will be agreed with the customer.

Delivery
Please allow 14 days for delivery (we will usually try and deliver within 7 days). A specific delivery day
will be agreed with all customers, usually at the time of the order. E-commerce orders will receive a
telephone call from Elegant Leisure to arrange a suitable delivery day. Customers will be advised if
delivery is not possible and a new delivery date will be agreed. Deliveries are not made on
Saturdays or Sundays. The customer has the right to cancel an order and obtain a refund if an
alternative date cannot be found.

Faulty Goods
Every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. However, if you receive faulty
or broken goods, you should contact the sales office on 01255 679559 to request a replacement part,
free of charge, or a full refund, which will be made within 30 days of agreeing the refund.

Mistakes in Bills
Any mistakes in Bills, receipts or payments should be notified to the sales office on 01255 679559 who
will correct the error within 30 days of agreeing to do so.

Payment
E-commerce customers can pay for their goods using Mastercard, Visa or Maestro (formerly Switch).
Orders by post should be accompanied by a cheque or postal order for the full amount, including
delivery. Customers paying by cheque should allow 10 days for the cheque to clear before delivery will
be made. Elegant Leisure will telephone the customer in these cases to agree the delivery date.

Security
All credit and debit card transactions with Elegant Leisure take place automatically over a secure server
with information encrypted to ensure that your card details can not be seen by any third party, even
ourselves. Site security is regularly reviewed in conjunction with our site coordinator. Contact the Site

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide
you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your specific consent.

We will not collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold
about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will correct or delete it promptly

policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will always
obtain your consent first.

Postage and Packaging
Please note our prices exclude Postage & Packaging and this will be added to your order. P & P prices
are inclusive of VAT. P & P prices are for UK mainland only. If you live outside the UK mainland please
contact us for delivered prices.

Next Day Delivery - If your order is within the UK you may choose Next Day Delivery at the cost of £15
extra. Orders received after 11a.m.on any working day will be processed on the next working day with
delivery on the following working day.


Unsolicited E-mail
Elegant Leisure will not send any unsolicited e-mail to the customer without the consent of that customer.




Terms and Conditions of Sale



Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following Terms and Conditions
All orders are accepted on the following terms and conditions of trading:
Acceptance - No order shall be deemed accepted by us other than upon receipt of our official
acknowledgement.
Delivery - Delivery will be made within 14 days of receipt of the order unless a longer time has been
requested by the customer. Time for delivery is given as accurately as possible but it is not guaranteed
and is subject to extension to cover delay caused by strikes, lock-outs, works breakdowns, delay in
transport, shortage of raw materials, Government regulations or requirement or any cause whatsoever,
whether or not similar to those above-mentioned beyond our control. Problems with the agreed delivery
date will be advised to the customer immediately and a new delivery date agreed. A full refund will be
offered to the customer if a new delivery date cannot be agreed.
Prices - We reserve the right to increase prices regardless of any price list existing at a given time.
Prices will only be accepted as being firm upon issue of an official receipt of order from the Company
(Elegant Leisure).
Description - All descriptions and particulars furnished in price literature and other documents issued by
us are as accurate as possible but being given for general information are not to be treated as binding
unless specifically confirmed in writing. Any performance figures given by us are based upon our
general experience are such as we expect to achieve. We will, however, accept no liability in those
figures that are not obtained unless we specifically guarantee them in writing.
Terms - From the absence of any other written agreement between the parties, payment is due before
delivery of the goods.
Payment - Pro-forma unless otherwise agreed by the Company (Elegant Leisure) in writing and in
general full payment is required on issue of pro-forma invoice prior to despatch. Credit accounts
payable net monthly and on the rendering of an invoice by the Company (Elegant Leisure) for payment
to them of the monies due and outstanding thereon then the interest will be due to the Company
(Elegant Leisure) at the rate of 2% per month on any sums remaining outstanding after 28 days from
the invoice date.
Discount - No cash or other discount is allowable unless specifically stated in our acknowledgement.
Cancellation - Cancellation of an order prior to delivery may be accepted and a full refund will be made
to the customer within 30 days. Cancellations should be advised to the sales office on 01255 679559.
Storage - Storage can be charged by the Company (Elegant Leisure) if the goods have not been
delivered due to the customer not being able to accept them within two months of purchase.
Claims - Non arrival of goods - Quote our order/invoice number - please contact our sales office on
01255 679559 if goods are not received within the agreed delivery timescale.
Delivery Errors - Quote our order/invoice number - any claims for goods damaged in transit, short or
wrongly delivered must be notified to our Sales Office on 01255 679559 within a reasonable time and at
the latest within one month of receipt of the goods.
Passing of Property - It is the intention of the parties that the legal property in the goods the subject of
the contract shall remain with the seller and shall not pass to the buyer until the full purchase price has
been paid.- Where the buyer has committed an Act of Bankruptcy or where the buyer is a Limited
Company, a receiving or winding up order has been made with the subject of that company, and the
property in the goods the subject of the contract have not passed to the buyer but remains to the seller,
the buyer shall within 21 days of such Act or Order give notice in writing of the same to the seller and
shall afford the seller reasonable opportunity and access to repossess the said goods.
Interpretation - These terms shall be construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to
the jurisdiction of English Courts.
