This Santa Fe design in finished with an "Antique Pine" effect, matt waxed look and the hinges and knobs are metal and black. The Santa Fe
bedroom furniture range is constructed from solid, 20mm thick, pine panels, sourced from South America, which is reflected in the "Mexican" styling.
The wood is carefully selected, from sustainable forests, to avoid as many knots as possible.
Where drawers are fitted, the drawer runners are wooden and are already fixed to the relevant side panels of the drawer unit - so no plastic runners
or metal ball-bearing movements! Assembly uses dowels and screws, giving a sturdy finished unit and all drawer bottoms and wardrobe backs
are heavy duty plywood. Each unit is hand finished with a coat of "Antique Wax" to give the matt appearance.
